Anyone who travels to Nepal dreams to see the might Everest. While for those who have limited time and/or wish to travel with a style, the Everest Helicopter tour should be on a bucket list. The heli tour flies over the Khumbu region with a chance to have breakfast with the magnificent view of the highest peaks on earth and a close look of the Everest from Kalapath in just 3 hours, which otherwise would have taken at least 10 days to reach.

The flight starts from the Katmandu domestic airport at around 07:00 AM. After briefing the flight takes off to Lukla airport (2,860 m). The helicopter will land for approx.10 to 15 minutes for refueling. At the time, you will have some time to stroll around the airport region. Then, fly to Syangboche (3,780 m) and enjoy breakfast) witnessing the panoramic view of the Everest Region. 

The next stop is at Kalapathar (5,643 m).

Upon landing at Kalapathar, witness the Everest up-close, explore the area and take photos (you will max a maximum time of 5 to 7 minutes due to the high atmospheric pressure). Then we will fly back to Kathmandu after a short Heli shutter above the base camp region.
